“Festa di Biscotti: Cookies and Camaraderie”
Trinidad, CO—Buon Natale! Merry Christmas! Get in the holiday spirit at the “Festa di Biscotti: Cookies and Camaraderie” hosted by the Trinidad Italian Club
& the Trinidad History Museum

The party takes place on Sunday, December 14, from 2:00-4:00 p.m., in the General Purpose Room in the Student Center at Trinidad State Junior College.
Duane Zanotelli and Connie Pallone will lead a sing-a-long of favorite Italian songs, so warm up those voices for singing and lots of conversation too. There also will be a drawing for a special cookie plate for anyone who is a current club member (you can join at the event).
Italian Christmas ornaments and ceramic tiles will be featured at a gift table from the Trinidad History Museum Bookstore. Don’t miss the “Buon Natale Christmas Tree” at the store itself, at 312 E. Main Street. The tree and gift items are harbingers of the museum’s 2009 programs about Italy and Italians in Colorado.
The holiday spirit and a minimum of one dozen cookies to share with others are required for entry to the festa. So make an extra batch of Christmas cookies and join the fun! Gourmet cookies from one of Trinidad’s cafe bakeries are good too but, please, no packaged cookies! A modest fee will be charged for anyone without cookies. The club will provide beverages.
The event is open to members of the Trinidad Italian Club and the general public too. You do not have to be of Italian ancestry to participate in club events or become a member of the club. For more information, contact Paula Manini at the museum at 719-846-7217
